Very Important Legal Tip -- Getting rid of Metadata
I think this is especially very important for startups who don't have the army of legal team to attack each contracts / documents. This is something that's so easy to overlook, that can reveal critical (embarrassing) info, and that can be easily fixed by a few tools.
