THE ROLE:
Junior Associate/Senior Analyst for a new multi-strategy investment fund in NY

DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will work closely with senior professionals and the role will cover US investments covering Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Commodities and Distressed Funds.  

Typical responsibilities include:

- Conducting general/macro research on investment themes across all asset classes for senior management
- Supporting investment teams through fund transactions by assessing investment opportunities
- Building financial models and valuation analyses
- Writing internal memoranda, drafting legal documentation
- Completing portfolio construction/management, research on industry and geographic trends
- Working with commercial and legal advisors on process management, diligence, structuring, and negotiations

 
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have:

-Must be Bi-lingual in English/Korean – fluency in writing and reading in both

-1-3 years experience at a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank or equity research
- Candidate must be willing to re-locate to New York or already be in New York
- Strong interpersonal skills 
- Strong quantitative, modeling and analytical skills
- Strong record of academic success
- A high level of professional maturity and a solid work ethic
- An ability to fit in a small, entrepreneurial, and highly demanding work environment

DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will work closely with senior professionals in the firm for all their administrative needs

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have:

-Previous experience working with senior management in an administrative role

-Must be able to understand Korean/English

- A high level of professional maturity and a solid work ethic
- An ability to fit in a small, entrepreneurial, and highly demanding work environment

-Must be willing to live in New York
